LOCKING DEVICE. Every barb on the valves is manufactured without a parting line on the sealing surface of the barb to ensure a leak-proof seal. Available in six material/diaphragm combinations, they are zero-gravity fittings and can be used in any position with fast response to slight changes in pressure or flow. Types among these sanitary valves can be seen in the form of sanitary ball valves, sanitary sewer valves, sanitary butterfly valves, sanitary check valves, sanitary globe valves and many other such sanitary valves. Butterfly Valves are available in Manual, Air Actuated, or Air Actuated with two Micro switches and a Solenoid Valve. Clamp or Weld ends are standard. Other connections are available upon request. Available seat materials include Silicone, Viton®, and EPDM. Sizes range from 1˝ through 4˝. All product contact surfaces are available in either T304 or T316 stainless steel.

Sanitary valves are available in different types such as ball, butterfly, check, seat valve, diaphragm valve, fitting and actuator valve. The sizes vary from 3/4in to 6in while strainers are available in simplex, duplex, basket, Y and T type. Strainers are available in different sizes varying from 1/2in to 24in. The valve bodies are available in standard and full port, ¼- to 8-in., in stainless steel and carbon steel construction. Pressure ratings range from 800 psi to 1000 psi depending on size. Standard port valves are available in NPT threaded and quick clamp end connections while full port valves have quick clamp and flanged end connections.
Variations among these sanitary valves can also be seen in their working i.E. Working pressure and operating temperature. These sanitary valves carry gas and liquid media or liquid with suspended solids. Metals like brass, bronze, copper, cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, and steel are used in the manufacture of these sanitary valves to ensure that they have a longer life.
