Rotary Valve is the required device essentially to supply or discharge materials like Dust, Powder etc. very evenly in Pneumatic conveyance system for food, environmental plant. This machine is produced with Stainless steel as well as with normal steel per customer's requirement. For food stuff plant Stainless steel is recommended.
We produce this machine in Square type(RVC-SQ) as well as Round type(RVC-A).This is decided by the product being processed. Ventilex uses a self cleaning "shaking" conveyor (patented) in the continuous pressure vessel to transport the processed product in an exact time. This is achieved by plug flow and is variable by the frequency of the shaking.Various capacity of machines are produced per customer's demand. |
