Wide range of voltages available. Four functional types: available in 2/2, 3/2, 3/2 multi-directional, and 4/2 configurations. The most common cause of leaks originating from the ball- or pin-lock posts is a faulty poppet valve. Type A poppet valves fit Firestone V, VI, Challenger and Super Challenger kegs. Type B poppet valves fit Cornelius Spartan, Super Champion and 'R' kegs. Type C fits John Wood 85 and older Firestone Challenger kegs. The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy.
It features a large 1.98 in (50.5mm) valve; we believe this is the largest valve available with the highest flow capacity. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp is anodized and uses Stainless Steel hardware for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance.
The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance.

Stainless steel poppet and ball check valves, available in sizes from ¼-1 in. ips, are spring loaded for 2-10 psi and rated for pressures to 2,500 psi. While poppet valves have temperature range of -15 to +400°F and come standard with Viton(TM) or Teflon(TM) O-rings, ball valves have temperature range of -20 to +650°F and come with 316 SS ball standard. Other O-ring materials are available, and both types of valves can be customized to meet specific requirements. Poppet Valves: These are the parts that move most often in the kegging system, so if your keg is losing pressure, these are the first parts to check.
