Needle valve is a part of carburetor of universal engines. It is made of fluorine rubber and aluminum. We can manufacture and pack it according to your requirements.
Pioneer needle valves have metal to metal seats with fine threaded screwdown. This enables positive sealing up to the capacity of the valve.
Pioneer needle valves are made from forged brass body with ss304 spindle and teflon washer which gives extended service life. All valves are chrome plated.
Working pressure ranges
Valves are designed to withstand up to 150 psi working pressure, unless otherwise noted.

Swagelok GU series needle valves isolate and vent system media in instrument air, nitrogen header, lube oil, and general utility service applications in the oil and gas, chem/petrochemical, and other general industrial markets. They are available in a variety of configurations:
Stainless and carbon steel

End connections in sizes from to 1 inch (6 to 25 mm).
Operating pressures up to 6000 psig at 200°F (413 bar at 93°C).
Sour gas service model is also available.
Two-piece knuckle joint drives the hardened stem tip to create a leak-tight seal.
Non-rotating stem design minimizes seal wear and protects the seat from galling and helps promote long service life.
Stainless steel shroud isolates the knuckle joint and the strong, cold-rolled stem threads from system media and protects them from dust and dirt.
