The trench drain system is a timesaving, moneysaving system because it eliminates the need for on-site forming. A positive slope built into the channel sections ensures proper drainage. Pipe connections are easily made with the use of built-in pipe cutouts, drain end caps and catch basins.

Blue Diamond Corr-A-Flex is a corrugated HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe.Corr-A-Flex is available in diameters from 3through 24.Overall lengths are determined by the integral bell spigot design. Laying lengths are 20 feet. Pipe 3through 6is available in 100and 250coils.For highway drainage projects, 3-6maxi-coilsare available in lengths up to 3000.Pipe is also available perforated and slotted in sizes 3-8.
Corr-A-Flex meets ASTM F 405 material specifications in diameters ranging from 4to 6, and ASTM F 667 for the larger diameters. Perforations and physical properties meet AASHTO M 252 for 10and smaller and M-294 for 12and larger, Type C (corrugated) and CP (corrugated and perforated.) Standard pipe comes with an integral bell and a spigot joint. External couplers are available. Standard bell and spigot pipe meets soil tight specifications per AASHTO M-294.
