TTF globe valve has three types of bonnet. One is bolted bonnet, which the body is connected with bonnet by bolts and sealed by spiral gasket with advantages of convenient maintenance; one is welded bonnet, which the body is fully welded with sealing bonnet of no leakage; another is pressure-in bonnet, which the body is screwed into the bonnet and sealed by inner pressure-in ring with better sealing ability for higher pressure. |

Used with Hazardous and toxic media, guarantees total tightness and therefore an efficient and economic contribution for the security of surroundings. No loss of product. No maintenance costs. No endangering of man and environment. Stuffing box with gland packing for added safety. Packed valves require two different seals; a 360° seal on the stem and a 360° seal on the stuffing box. The Conval Bellows valves removes these two leak points. Conval Bellows Valves are used when packed valves may not reliably contain light gases or hazardous system fluids. The 6 ply INCONEL® static bellows stem seal is more reliable in many applications than sliding stem seals. Formed bellows are commonly used for packless valve seals in safety, control and high vacuum valves. Hyspan has a complete library of designs for commonly used valves, and the capability to develop new designs. For high temperature and corrosive service speciality alloys such as Monel 400, Alloy 625, and Hastelloy C-276 are available. |
