Our company can produce many kinds of valves with the most advanced professional equipment,including Car series,(SANTANA, PASSART, JIETA, NISSAN,TOYOTA and so on), Mini car series (such as Jilin462, 472, 474, Dafa and so on), Middle type car series (such as Jinbei, Beinei and so on), Heavy construction machine series and farming machine series..It used 4criosizmo as exhaust valve material, featuring high temperature resistance, not shedding off, oxideresistance wear resistance, good anti-acid performance, excellent comprehensive performance and stable. Hence, a normal operation of engine is assured.The product is softly nitrogenation as a whole, with the depth of nitrogenation being above 0.05mm, surface hardness HM(200g)590 and above, small head RF hardening, with a hardness being between HRC 50-58.
40cr is used as inlet air valve material, featuring a stable performance, a good hardness, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and a good mechanical performance. 4criosizmo is used as exhuast valve material, featuring high temperature resistance, not shedding off, oxideresistance wear resistance, good anti-acid performance, excellent comprehensive performance and stable. Hence, a normal operation of engine is assured.
